Mandrel bent exhaust U-bends great for making performance exhaust systems from headers to mufflers and mufflers to tailpipes, repairing crushed exhaust headers, racing air intakes and intercooler ducting for turbo and non-turbo charged applications, or motorcycle exhaust systems. Very consistent diameter maintained throughout u-bend radius. Improved performance exhaust flow due to lack of crushing in radius of bend. Wall thickness is .060 to .065 making welding much easier. Radius is measured center to center of each tube. Straight portions of u-bends range from 6" to 10" and are un-coated to allow welding without contamination.
